Freight Recovery Protocol: The €0.50 inbound transport cost is paid by the B2B Buyer. Upon transaction finalization, Inwine adds this amount back onto your net sales payouts, meaning you receive a total of €6.50 per bottle. Cross-border logistics become effectively free of charge upon stock liquidation.

*Note: Automated warehouse inventory sorting, back-label translation sheets compliance, custom regulatory clearance, and next-day point distribution are completely covered within the flat tariff loop. €0 operational bills for the producer.

The one-time €450 Market Entry Pass already fully includes temperature-controlled freight logistics from your cellar gates to our hub, which normally carries a direct cost of approximately €300 per standard pallet (calculated based on an average of 600 bottles).

This means your professional database configuration, custom EMCS tax setup, and system onboarding are virtually covered. To protect your financial security, this entire fee is strictly invoiced and payable only after your wine successfully arrives and is safely received at our central regional partner logistics hub.

For any subsequent restocking pallets: We operate on a transparent Pass-Through Freight model. We arrange pickup via our regular consolidated wine trucks and re-invoice the shipping cost directly from the logistics provider straight to you at our preferential partner rates (approx. €300 per standard pallet, based on an average of 600 bottles). The cost is always pre-agreed with you and invoiced strictly *after* the additional pallet successfully arrives and passes check-in at our Baltic hub.

There are absolutely zero upfront tax costs for you. 

All wines travel under total suspension of duties via the official EU EMCS system straight to our regional partner bonded hub.

The local state excise tax (approximately €1.00 per bottle) is only declared and paid the exact moment an active restaurant or retailer buys your product.

This cost is fully passed to the local buyer (On-Trade venue or Off-Trade retailer) and embedded into the checkout flow.

To guarantee frictionless market activation, you receive an automatic 90-day grace period with €0 storage fees for your initial test consignment. This gives professional buyers plenty of time to discover your digital portfolio and place their first commercial orders.

If any portion of your pallet stock remains in our hub beyond the 90-day window, standard baseline warehouse maintenance fees apply at a flat rate of €15.00 per pallet-space per month. To keep your workflow entirely seamless, storage costs are automatically deducted from your accumulated monthly B2B sales payouts. You will never receive out-of-pocket bills or monthly invoices requiring active international bank transfers.

Because we operate on a strict (Asset-Light) consignment framework, you retain 100% legal title and ownership of your physical stock at all times.

If you choose to withdraw your inventory, a standard 30-day notice is required. You would only cover baseline logistics hub handling fees and the physical return freight back to your estate gates.
